Any unit reserved/rented via internet and not occupied may receive full refund less any administrative fee(s) within 7 days of reservation/rental. All refunds must be requested in writing and/or via Customer Service
When moving out (terminating rental agreement) of a unit, we do not refund rent.
On merchandise purchases, only defective merchandise will be replaced. No refunds.
